Puritan's Providence

Puritan's Providence Farm is the small three acre plot of land on which Anna Michael resides. Hopefully soon a website or blogspot will be created just for Puritan's Providence happenings.
As of now, this small, pleasant farm is just beginning to grow and stretch its wings. Though only begun in the autumn of September, 2010, summer has been productive and fruitful with the slightest tinges of autumn coming on once again.
The classic fruit, nut and berry trees are grown the old-fashioned way, here on the homestead. Steering clear of GMO seeds, plants and grafts, Puritan's Providence Farm has embarked on a journey that will take you back to yesteryear. Through laboriously applying old-fashioned techniques of fruit care, it has been discovered here that the lost art of raising produce is the best way to have the highest quality of natural and organic products. While many are opting for the quick and easy methods of large-scale production, Puritan's Providence produce are hand-picked, hand-watered, and hand-crafted care that results in what is believed to produce the finest produce available.
Not only are there fruit, nut and berry trees, but a rapidly growing garden. A perfect view from the white deck-swing out on the back porch! Puritan's Providence Farm has decided to go with raised-bed gardening, the best way to get the most out of your time well spent.
Did you know, from a quarter of an acre, you can harvest:
1,400 eggs
50 pounds of wheat
60 pounds of fruit
2,000 pounds of vegetables
280 pounds of pork
75 pounds of nuts
And that's all in one year, only on a quarter of an acre!
Puritan's Providence Farm is finding the best and most efficient ways to produce large amounts of natural, organic produce. Research is constant, from books, videos, web research, interviews, and so much more.
Come enjoy the view from the back porch, right here, with updates, pictures and videos all about Puritan's Providence Farm!
